• Voice recordings: Audio samples you record for voice cloning purposes.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction logs to improve the Service.
• Device information: Browser type, IP address, and connected device names.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To generate AI voice clones using your recordings via ElevenLabs.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and promotions (with your consent).
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, ElevenLabs for voice processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

5. Voice Data

Voice recordings are used exclusively to create your voice clone. They are transmitted securely to ElevenLabs for processing. You may request deletion of your voice data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your voice data will disable the associated voice clone.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized analytics data. Voice recordings are deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

Sensitive Personal Information: Voice recordings are considered sensitive personal information under CPRA. We use this data solely to provide the voice cloning feature of the Service and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Service is designed for adults who create content for children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.
