End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to payment and this EULA, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Purchased Content for your personal, non-commercial use (or as otherwise specified by the license type shown at purchase).

2. Restrictions

• You will not resell, redistribute, sublicense, broadcast, or publicly perform the Purchased Content for profit; remove credits or notices; or use it to train, extract, clone, or recreate any voice or AI model.
• You will not use the Purchased Content or any voice in it to impersonate, deceive, defame, or harm any person.

3. Ownership

You receive a license, not ownership. YourStoryVoice and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Purchased Content. Your purchase does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because Purchased Content is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Purchased Content.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Purchased Content is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, YourStoryVoice is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Purchased Content.
