Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

• Illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Content that infringes or misappropriates a third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Sexually explicit content, and any content that sexualizes or endangers minors (strictly prohibited and reported as required by law).
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory content, or content that incites violence.
• Content that discloses someone's private or personal information without consent.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating an account with false information, or operating accounts to evade enforcement.
• Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data or models from the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
• Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated requests.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Using the Service to create synthetic voice content without the voice owner's consent.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without authorization.

3. Voice & AI Use

• You may only submit voice samples from individuals who have given explicit, informed consent.
• You may not use synthetic voices to impersonate, deceive, defame, or harm any person.
• You may not use AI-generated content to mislead others about its origin.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including warning, suspending, or terminating accounts and removing content. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement.
